Entering Data

Entering Batch, Customer, Item Numbers and Unallocated amounts

Batch numbers can be entered or will be automatically generated by Excelerator.

If user enter a batch number that already exists, user will be given the option to append to the batch.

A browse is available on the customer number.

When entering in templates with columns of customer number and/or item numbers:

• Enter the a customer, item number and amount
• Enter allocations on successive lines next to this data
• Entering a new customer/item number will start a new item

Unallocated Amounts

If no unallocated amount range is included on the spreadsheet, then all cash that is not allocated will be assumed to be unallocated.
