Options

Options are changed by selecting Options from the Cost Centres menu.

Show Dropdowns in Download Screen

Unticking this option will stop the download screen having dropdown lists of cost centres to enter into the ranges.

Loading the data to show these dropdowns can take some time, so unticking this option will prevent having to wait.

Allow Update of Existing Records

This option is to allow accidental updates of existing records to be prevented.

User can choose whether to completely prevent, to warn or allow updates to existing cost centres.
