Changes as of Version 1.0.0.111

In Early October 2012, Codis released version 1.0.0.111 of Sales Cash Excelerator V2.

This version addressed some of the errors found in previous versions involving DA0814 Multi-Currency Receipts.

In contained a few significant changes, some affecting non-DA0814 functionality.

  • Write-offs can no longer be entered.
    • The write-off is calculated by the program and the user has the option whether to accept the write-off or re-enter amounts.
  • The unallocated amount can be entered in the allocation and auto-allocation screens.
    • The Unallocate All Outstanding button has been introduced. This will populate the Unallocated amount with any outstanding amounts.
  • Totals are no longer automatically recalculated when allocations are entered in the allocation and auto-allocation screens.
    • There is a "recalculate" button. Recalculation always occurs when user enter OK.
  • There is a new auto-allocation algorithm for journals. The previous algorithm did not work well for journals.
  • DA0814 is not allowed unless DA0659 is also activated.
