Posting to Different Companies

Excelerator allows journals to be posted to different companies from different worksheets, with the company name specified in the worksheet.

The following is required to use this functionality:

  • Central database definition table set up and in use (see Central Database Definitions)
  • A special license code from your supplier
  • Activate the special multi-company add-in and remove the standard add in.
  • The multi-company add-in appears as "NL Multi Journals".

When using the administration tool from the new add-in, a new range sage_company will be available.

  • Enter this on the sheet and the company name, as appears in the connection browse.
  • Should be entered in this range to determine which company the sheet works with.
