Posting Code Manager
- Generate posting codes from cost centres and account codes, or enter complete codes
- Browse on cost centres, account codes and posting codes. Use PowerBrowse to select posting codes based on a number of criteria
- Download existing posting codes.
- Enter posting code descriptions on the spreadsheet, or use a formula to generate from the cost centre and account code descriptions.
- Maintain last year balances on posting codes (if Sage configured to allow this)
- Optional update existing posting codes, with warning if updating.
- Option to Validate your spreadsheet without saving. Validation gives a list of errors.
- Option to warn or prohibit updates to existing posting codes
This program should not be used to maintain posting codes/accounts codes on systems where cost centres are not used.
Use the Account Code Manager program instead.
